Site Criteria

  • High visibility freestanding drive-thru locations preferred
  • Solid retail synergy with both regional & daily needs shopping
  • Traffic counts of at least 25,000 ADT on primary road
  • Convenient access to site, going home side of street preferred
  • 30,000 residential population in two-mile radius
  • 5,000 daytime population in one-mile radius
  • Minimum 30,000sf site parking for 20+ parking spaces
  • 1,800-2,200sf prototype building with drive-thru
  • Drive-thru stacking for at least eight cars
  • Ability to do other formats including drive-thru only, endcap drive-thru, non-drive-thru(CA) and non-traditional
