How do I complete a challenge in the app?
-
Make sure you're signed into your Loco Rewards account and simply follow the challenge instructions. For example, for the Pool Day challenge, you have to purchase a Tostada by August 10th. Simply make a Tostada purchase while signed into your Loco Rewards account and the challenge will automatically be complete! You can check your progress in the challenges section of the app.

Yes! Do them in any order you prefer! Just make sure to complete them by August 10th.

When does the grand prize sweepstakes close?

The deadline to complete all 4 challenges to be entered into the grand prize of the iHeartRadio Music Festival experience is August 10th. Winners will be notified shortly thereafter. For full rules visit here.

How do I enter the weekly Loco Friday Drop Giveaway?

Our Loco Friday Drop weekly giveaways are hosted on our Instagram @elpolloloco. Each Friday during Loco Days, the Giveaway details will be posted on our account. Follow the instructions on the Giveaway post to enter. You must be a Loco Rewards member to qualify. A winner will be chosen the following Monday.

Yes you will continue to earn points on every purchase, including the challenge purchases! Plus for every challenge you complete by August 10th, you earn a $5 off $20 reward!

How do I complete a challenge in the app?
