- Do catering orders include desserts?
  - Desserts are not automatically included in all catering orders. Our 3-Course Family Style Chicken Meals as well as our Lunch Boxes include warm cinnamon churros for dessert. We also offer a la carte churros that can be added to any order.
- Are serving utensils, plates, forks, and napkins included with catering orders?
  - We provide utensils, napkins, and serving utensils with our Family Style chicken meals, but for Platters, Lunch Boxes, and Add-ons it is available upon request.
- Can I customize a catering order, or order just a few containers of rice and beans?
  - Absolutely! Our catering services are flexible. You can customize your order to meet your specific needs, including ordering additional chicken or individual containers of sides like rice and beans. Our platters also make building your own buffet extremely easy.
- Who do I reach out to for questions regarding my catering order?
  - You can contact our restaurant team for any questions or assistance with your catering order. Their contact information will be provided when you place your order.
- How far in advance should I place my catering order?
  - We recommend placing your catering order at least 24-48 hours in advance.
- How do I get El Pollo Loco Rewards points for my catering orders?
  - El Pollo Loco Rewards members can earn points for eligible catering orders. Members automatically earn points with online catering orders. When placing an order in-restaurant, scan your in-app QR code to claim your points.
- Can I pay in advance for a catering order for telephone orders?
  - No, you will need to pay for your catering order at the point of pick-up.
- Do you accept checks for catering orders?
  - We typically accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payments for catering orders. Please check with our catering team for specific payment options.
- Is set up included with my catering order being delivered?
  - Set up is not typically included with standard delivery. However, our catering team can discuss set-up options and any associated fees when you place your order.
- Is there a delivery fee?
  - Yes, this is dependent on the size of the order and is automatically calculated at the point of check-out.
- Do you deliver catering orders?
  - Yes, we provide delivery for catering orders. Our catering team will ensure your order is delivered on time to your specified location.
- Can I modify my catering order once it’s been placed?
  - We understand that plans can change. Please contact our catering team as soon as possible to discuss any modifications to your order.
- How many salsas come in each lunch box?
  - 2 salsas (1 House & 1 Avocado)
