Please submit the following form to see the remaining balance on your gift card.

El Pollo Loco requires a physical card to be presented when redeeming value from a gift card. Our restaurants do not accept virtual or electronic gift cards.  El Pollo Loco does not authorize the sale of virtual or electronic gift cards online with third-party sellers such as eBay.  We do not accept payment from third-party apps such as Gyft.

We have increased our gift card security.

Some gift cards may require that you check balance in an El Pollo Loco restaurant.
