a human resources department, a quality assurance department,
a product development group, a really fun marketing

We also promote from within. This practice leads to having
one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry. We offer
a six week initial management training program as well
as ongoing management and professional development.
We offer a 5 day, 40 hour (give or take) work week and
at least one weekend off per month. This, matched up with
our training and benefits, should make you say, "Hey,
I want to work with this crew! What a great company!"
By the way, we are growing too. We plan to open around
100 stores over the next 5 years. And since we promote
from within, well you figure it out...
Though we are located primarily in Southern California,
we also have growth plans and opportunities in Northern
California, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and San Antonio.
