On an ongoing basis, we review our menu items for opportunities to improve the nutritionals without compromising flavor. Our early switch to a menu that is trans fat free per serving; the reduction of sodium in our Chicken Tortilla Soup; and the elimination of lard from our BBQ Black Beans are a few examples.
