You will be responsible for managing the overall operations of 7 to 10 restaurants, including the achievement of company sales and profit targets. The multi-unit manager will evaluate, coach and lead restaurant teams to meet and exceed company objectives related to people, profit and facilities management.
Our ideal candidates will have 5+ years of multi-unit experience in QSR operations, excellent interpersonal, communication and general business skills and will have demonstrated a record of significant accomplishments. Additionally, the candidate must possess the ability to recruit, hire, train and develop management and staff in all aspects of restaurant operations. Spanish language ability and a college degree are preferred.
